研究虛擬儀器技術提高電子兼容性

報警模塊和電磁閥控製模塊需要將CPLD產生的控製信號經三極管放大後分別接到蜂鳴器和電磁閥上,本設計采用了NPN三極管的集電極輸出模式。本設計中采用的其他器件均為貼片元器件,如貼片電容、貼片電阻、貼片三極管等,盡量使PCBbanziboxie,yibianzuochengdejiajuhouduxiao,liyushengchanzhongdecaozuo。youyubenshejicaiyongqiduanshumaxianshiqilaixianshisuoyaodadekongdebianhaohecuowucishu,yincixuyaoLED驅動芯片來驅動七段數碼顯示器,設計中采用了74LS47xinpianlaiqudongqiduanshumaxianshiqi。jielunbenwensuoshejidezhinengjiajukeyibangzhugongrenanzhaoguidingdeshunxuningjinpingbigaishangdeluoding,shipingbigaishoulijunyun,congertigaoledianzishebeidediancijianrongxing。gaijiajujingguozaishengchanxianshangceshihouxingnengbijiaowending,kekaoxinggao,jiaohaodishixianleshengchanguochengzhongsuoxuyaodegexianggongneng,tigaolechanpindezhiliang。
測試結果分析手動測試RS103時需要1個多小時的時間,而采用本自動化測試係統後隻需要半個小時就可以得出測試結果。手動測試RS103時至少需要3個人,1個控製信號源,1個監控場強計或功率計,1個監控受試設備。而采用本自動化測試係統後,這些工作可由1個人獨立完成。結論利用LabVIEW搭建自動化測試係統為軟件的二次開發和後續擴展留下了極大的空間。同過去的手動測試係統相比,在以下4方麵都有顯著的提高:首先,提高了測試效率;其次,提高了測試精度,杜絕了手動測試不可避免的不規範性,將測試誤差控製在標準允許的範圍之內;第三,節省了人力資源;最後,采用本測試係統規範了操作儀器的過程,加強了對儀器的保護。該自動測試係統有待於被廣泛地推廣和應用。http://98fo.cn
