利(li)用(yong)自(zi)記(ji)式(shi)光(guang)量(liang)子(zi)計(ji)分(fen)析(xi),不(bu)同(tong)有(you)效(xiao)輻(fu)射(she)下(xia)葉(ye)片(pian)光(guang)響(xiang)應(ying)曲(qu)線(xian)存(cun)在(zai)很(hen)大(da)差(cha)異(yi),弱(ruo)光(guang)條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia)生(sheng)長(chang)的(de)葉(ye)片(pian)整(zheng)體(ti)光(guang)合(he)值(zhi)較(jiao)小(xiao)也(ye)沒(mei)有(you)明(ming)顯(xian)的(de)光(guang)飽(bao)和(he)點(dian),主(zhu)要(yao)是(shi)因(yin)為(wei)這(zhe)些(xie)葉(ye)片(pian)處(chu)在(zai)樹(shu)冠(guan)內(nei)膛(tang)或(huo)下(xia)層(ceng),受(shou)遮(zhe)蔭(yin)影(ying)響(xiang)難(nan)以(yi)達(da)到(dao)光(guang)飽(bao)和(he)點(dian)。當(dang)葉(ye)片(pian)RPAR大於40%後,葉片光合作用的光飽和點隨輻射條件改善而不斷減小。不同光合有效輻射下葉片光合作用的CO2濃度響應曲線也存在很大差異,弱光條件下生長葉片在CO2濃度很低時Pn就達到了飽和,而隨著輻射條件的改善,葉片光合作用的CO2飽和點也隨之升高,這主要是因為輻射改善後葉片變厚、葉綠素增多,所以其對CO2同化能力也隨之增強。
不同輻射條件下葉片溫度響應都呈“凸”字形曲線。最適溫度隨輻射條件的改善而升高,多數葉片為20-300C。樹(shu)冠(guan)上(shang)層(ceng)和(he)外(wai)圍(wei)葉(ye)片(pian)得(de)到(dao)的(de)輻(fu)射(she)強(qiang),經(jing)常(chang)受(shou)到(dao)更(geng)多(duo)高(gao)溫(wen)脅(xie)迫(po),葉(ye)片(pian)的(de)這(zhe)種(zhong)差(cha)異(yi)有(you)利(li)於(yu)提(ti)高(gao)樹(shu)冠(guan)整(zheng)體(ti)光(guang)合(he)能(neng)力(li),實(shi)現(xian)對(dui)光(guang)能(neng)的(de)充(chong)分(fen)利(li)用(yong)。
