雙酚對大豆幼苗葉綠素含量的影響

雙酚,主要用以於製備聚碳酸酯、huanyangshuzhijixiangjiaofanglaoji,qichanpinguangfanyingyongyugongyeshengchanyurenleishenghuodegegelingyu。yanjiuxianshi,shuangfenjuyouhuanjingjisuxiaoying,ketongguogezhongtujingjinruhuanjingherenti。guoliangshuangfendaozhirentineifenmishitiaodaixiewenluan,yingxiangtaierheertongjiankang,youfaertongxingzaoshuyufeipang,shenzhiaizhengyeyuciyouguan。danyouguanshuangfenduizhiwushengyu、生sheng理li代dai謝xie及ji生sheng理li生sheng化hua指zhi標biao影ying響xiang的de研yan究jiu,少shao見jian報bao道dao。葉ye綠lv素su是shi植zhi物wu進jin行xing光guang合he作zuo用yong的de主zhu要yao色se素su,位wei於yu葉ye綠lv體ti類lei囊nang體ti膜mo上shang,在zai葉ye綠lv體ti光guang吸xi收shou和he傳chuan遞di過guo程cheng中zhong起qi核he心xin作zuo用yong。大da部bu分fen葉ye綠lv素sua和全部葉綠素b起吸收和傳遞光能作用,吸光波段存在差異,極少量葉綠素a直接參與光反應中光電轉換。故可以葉綠素含量及葉綠素a/bbiaozhengzhiwuguanghenengli,jianjiepanduanshuangfenduiguanghezuoyongyingxiang,weirenshishuangfendezhiwudulizuoyong,kexuepingjiashuangfennongyehuanjinganquandengtigongcankao。benyanjiuyidadouyoumiaoweishicai,caiyongmoniturangshuangfenwurandepenzaichulifangfa,duizhaoyugechulizujun3盆,每盆3株,3次重複。處理第7d時取樣並用二甲亞碸(DMSO)浸提,手持葉綠素計測定。雙酚劑量設定參考我國土壤環境中雙酚實際狀況,同時兼顧可能進一步積累的趨勢。

表1數據顯示,大豆幼苗經雙酚處理後葉綠素含量的變化。與CK相比,低劑量雙酚(1.5mg•L-1)促進葉片葉綠素積累,其葉綠素總量、葉綠素a與葉綠素a/b均有提高,但統計學分析表明,未達顯著水平;高劑量雙酚(17.2mg•L-1和50.0mg•L-1)則抑製葉綠素積累,其葉綠素總量、葉綠素a與葉綠素a/b均低於CK,統計分析顯示達到差異顯著水平;低劑量組雙酚與高劑量組雙酚間存在顯著性差異,且高劑量的兩個組中,葉綠素總量和葉綠素a差異不顯著,但葉綠素a/b比值存在顯著差異。說明:
經過手持葉綠素儀的測量驗證結果顯示:低劑量雙酚對大豆幼苗葉綠素積累的正負促抑效應不顯著;高劑量雙酚明顯抑製大豆葉片葉綠素積累,但對葉綠素b影響不大;從葉綠素a/b變化看,高劑量雙酚主要是通過降低葉綠素a含量而降低葉綠素a/b,暗示大豆幼苗對紅光利用有所降低。上述結果提示,雙酚可通過抑製大豆幼苗葉綠素積累及改變葉綠素a/b方式影響大豆幼苗光合作用,高劑量雙酚存在農業環境安全隱患。
