馬鈴薯脫毒後其葉麵積、葉綠素及氮素含量的變化

【本資訊由中國糧油儀器網提供】 馬(ma)鈴(ling)薯(shu)的(de)病(bing)毒(du)病(bing)嚴(yan)重(zhong)影(ying)響(xiang)其(qi)產(chan)量(liang)和(he)品(pin)質(zhi)。脫(tuo)毒(du)後(hou),馬(ma)鈴(ling)薯(shu)植(zhi)株(zhu)生(sheng)長(chang)旺(wang)盛(sheng),抗(kang)病(bing)力(li)強(qiang),產(chan)量(liang)和(he)品(pin)質(zhi)都(dou)有(you)明(ming)顯(xian)提(ti)高(gao)。而(er)脫(tuo)毒(du)後(hou)產(chan)量(liang)和(he)品(pin)質(zhi)的(de)提(ti)高(gao),是(shi)與(yu)其(qi)生(sheng)理(li)特(te)性(xing)的(de)改(gai)善(shan)密(mi)切(qie)相(xiang)關(guan)的(de)。目(mu)前(qian)有(you)關(guan)馬(ma)鈴(ling)薯(shu)脫(tuo)毒(du)後(hou)生(sheng)理(li)指(zhi)標(biao)的(de)研(yan)究(jiu)報(bao)道(dao)較(jiao)少(shao),且(qie)已(yi)有(you)的(de)報(bao)道(dao)都(dou)集(ji)中(zhong)於(yu)花(hua)期(qi)川(chuan),本(ben)文(wen)測(ce)定(ding)了(le)脫(tuo)毒(du)苗(miao)的(de)一(yi)些(xie)生(sheng)理(li)指(zhi)標(biao)在(zai)各(ge)個(ge)生(sheng)育(yu)時(shi)期(qi)的(de)變(bian)化(hua),並(bing)測(ce)定(ding)了(le)後(hou)期(qi)與(yu)衰(shuai)老(lao)有(you)關(guan)的(de)一(yi)些(xie)生(sheng)理(li)指(zhi)標(biao)。為(wei)更(geng)全(quan)麵(mian)地(di)了(le)解(jie)脫(tuo)毒(du)苗(miao)的(de)生(sheng)理(li)變(bian)化(hua)和(he)病(bing)毒(du)對(dui)馬(ma)鈴(ling)薯(shu)的(de)危(wei)害(hai)機(ji)製(zhi)及(ji)製(zhi)定(ding)脫(tuo)毒(du)苗(miao)高(gao)產(chan)配(pei)套(tao)栽(zai)培(pei)措(cuo)施(shi)提(ti)供(gong)科(ke)學(xue)依(yi)據(ju)。
試驗在福建農業大學金山教學農場進行。前作水稻,粘壤土,肥力中上。設3次重複,隨機區組排列。小區麵積6.53㎡,株距0.30m,行距0.60m,每小區播74株。另設挖根考種區和取樣區。12月1日播種,4月3日收獲,全生育期125d。其間噴瑞毒黴和乙霜靈混合液5次,以防治病害。分別於播後40、60、80、100d進行挖根考種,每次8株。取樣測定各項指標。
葉片是製造和供應塊根養分的基礎。在合理的葉麵積指數範圍內,功能葉片愈多,愈有利於幹物質的製造與積累。葉麵積測量儀測量脫毒苗大田生長期間葉麵積,發現其明顯增加,葉麵積指數在播後40d就達1.8,而對照隻有1.2。播後80d達最高,為4.46,對照僅為4.00,後期隨著成熟期的到來,葉麵積儀的de數shu據ju顯xian示shi葉ye麵mian積ji指zhi數shu也ye逐zhu漸jian下xia降jiang,但dan脫tuo毒du苗miao仍reng維wei持chi著zhe較jiao高gao的de葉ye麵mian積ji。可ke見jian脫tuo除chu病bing毒du後hou,消xiao除chu了le病bing毒du對dui植zhi株zhu的de不bu利li影ying響xiang,脫tuo毒du苗miao早zao生sheng快kuai發fa,前qian期qi葉ye麵mian積ji指zhi數shu上shang升sheng快kuai,曲qu線xian峰feng值zhi高gao,而er對dui照zhao前qian期qi生sheng長chang慢man,峰feng值zhi較jiao低di,後hou期qi下xia降jiang快kuai。說shuo明ming脫tuo毒du苗miao整zheng個ge生sheng育yu期qi都dou保bao持chi著zhe較jiao高gao的de光guang合he麵mian積ji。
播後40d脫毒苗葉片葉綠素含量比對照高7.5%;播後80d比對照高12.5%。suizheshengyuqijinzhan,yepianyelvsuhanliangxiajiang,tuodumiaoyelvsuhanliangzengfuchengshangshengqushi。yelvsushiyepianxishouguangnengdejizhi。tuodumiaoyelvsuhanliangdezengjia,duiyepianweichijiaoqiangdeguanghezuoyongyouzhongyaoyiyi,biaomingqihouqishengchangwangsheng,buyizaoshuai。
脫毒後馬鈴薯葉片的淨光合速率,在各期均高於對照,但在60d時兩者相關最小,而在80d兩者相差最大,脫毒比對照增加1863%,這(zhe)種(zhong)趨(qu)勢(shi)與(yu)葉(ye)綠(lv)素(su)含(han)量(liang)的(de)變(bian)化(hua)趨(qu)勢(shi)並(bing)不(bu)完(wan)全(quan)一(yi)致(zhi)。脫(tuo)毒(du)可(ke)能(neng)避(bi)免(mian)了(le)病(bing)毒(du)對(dui)葉(ye)綠(lv)素(su)或(huo)光(guang)合(he)傳(chuan)遞(di)鏈(lian)的(de)破(po)壞(huai),消(xiao)除(chu)了(le)對(dui)營(ying)養(yang)物(wu)質(zhi)的(de)競(jing)爭(zheng)或(huo)對(dui)其(qi)它(ta)結(jie)構(gou)的(de)負(fu)麵(mian)影(ying)響(xiang),從(cong)而(er)提(ti)高(gao)淨(jing)光(guang)合(he)速(su)率(lv)。播(bo)後(hou)40d,脫毒苗的硝酸還原酶活性比對照高37.46%,之後隨著生育期的推移,增幅逐漸減小。
