本文在過去大量相關研究資料基礎上,以上海地區畜禽場各類固體糞和汙水的產生量及其氮磷含量、shanghaidiqusandaleinongzuowushengchangdanlinxuqiuliangtiaozhashiyanshujuweiyiju,yanjiufenxilejiyubutongchuqinfenbianhewushuidanlinyangfengonggeihegeleinongzuowudanlinyangfenxuqiudedanweisiyangguimochuqinchanggutifenhewushuihaitianliyongpipeinongtianmianji,binggenjunongzuowuduidanlinyangfenxishoudemutongxiaoying,duishanghaidiqujiyuzuowulinyangfenxuqiudechuqinchanggutifenhewushuihaitianhuanjinganquanpipeimianjijinxingletantao,yiqiweishanghaiheguoneiqitadiqukaizhanzhongyangpinghenghehuanjingyouhaodechuqinshengtaiyangzhitigongkexueyijuhecankaojiejian。jichushujudelaiyuanshanghaidiquchuqinchanggutifenhewushuirichanshengqiejiqidanlinhant按隨機抽樣調查方法(抽樣率10%―15%),對上海地區66家豬場、27家奶牛場和18家蛋雞場的固體糞和汙水日產生量及其氮磷含量進行了春、夏、秋、冬(dong)定(ding)點(dian)調(tiao)查(zha)和(he)采(cai)樣(yang)監(jian)測(ce)分(fen)析(xi),並(bing)對(dui)調(tiao)查(zha)監(jian)測(ce)數(shu)據(ju)進(jin)行(xing)統(tong)計(ji)分(fen)析(xi)。其(qi)中(zhong),各(ge)類(lei)畜(chu)禽(qin)固(gu)體(ti)糞(fen)日(ri)產(chan)生(sheng)量(liang)及(ji)其(qi)氮(dan)磷(lin)含(han)量(liang)數(shu)據(ju),還(hai)與(yu)國(guo)家(jia)環(huan)保(bao)總(zong)局(ju)推(tui)薦(jian)值(zhi)和(he)國(guo)內(nei)相(xiang)關(guan)的(de)文(wen)獻(xian)資(zi)料(liao)報(bao)道(dao)值(zhi)進(jin)行(xing)比(bi)較(jiao)分(fen)析(xi),對(dui)差(cha)異(yi)較(jiao)大(da)的(de)數(shu)據(ju)以(yi)本(ben)地(di)調(tiao)查(zha)數(shu)據(ju)為(wei)準(zhun);畜禽場汙水日產生量及其氮磷含量數據,因各地地理氣候、飼養方式和清汙方式的不同,以上海地區調查數據為準。
上(shang)海(hai)地(di)區(qu)三(san)大(da)類(lei)農(nong)作(zuo)物(wu)生(sheng)長(chang)氮(dan)磷(lin)需(xu)求(qiu)盤(pan)根(gen)據(ju)上(shang)海(hai)地(di)區(qu)種(zhong)植(zhi)的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)農(nong)作(zuo)物(wu)類(lei)型(xing)和(he)畜(chu)禽(qin)場(chang)糞(fen)便(bian)還(hai)田(tian)的(de)潛(qian)在(zai)作(zuo)物(wu)對(dui)象(xiang),將(jiang)畜(chu)禽(qin)糞(fen)便(bian)還(hai)田(tian)利(li)用(yong)的(de)農(nong)作(zuo)物(wu)分(fen)為(wei)蔬(shu)菜(cai)瓜(gua)果(guo)、糧食和林木三大類。其中,蔬菜瓜果作物包括葉菜類、茄果類、塊根類等生食和熟食的蔬菜,以及草毒、西甜瓜、葡萄和桃、梨等瓜果類農作物;糧食作物包括水稻、小麥、大麥、油菜和玉米等糧食、油料和飼料農作物;林木作物包括苗木、綠化林木、花卉和草坪等用於經濟和綠化的草木類作物。根據上海農科院和中國農科院對上海地區24種蔬菜瓜果類作物、9種草木類作物和油菜―水稻、小麥―水稻2種zhong糧liang食shi油you料liao輪lun作zuo作zuo物wu生sheng長chang期qi內nei氮dan磷lin養yang分fen吸xi收shou試shi驗yan數shu據ju,結jie合he上shang海hai郊jiao區qu各ge類lei作zuo物wu種zhong植zhi麵mian積ji比bi例li和he平ping均jun複fu種zhong指zhi數shu值zhi,確que定ding上shang海hai地di區qu三san大da類lei農nong作zuo物wu生sheng長chang單dan位wei麵mian積ji年nian平ping均jun氮dan磷lin需xu求qiu量liang。由於地理氣候、飼養品種、fangshihegonggeisiliaobutong,tiaozhahuodedeshanghaidiquchuqingutifenpaiwuxishuyuguoneiwenxianshujuheguojiahuanbaozongjuzhidingdequanguoxingchuqinyangzhipaiwupingjunxishujuyouyidingdechayixing,qizhongnainiuderipaifenxishuyuguojiazhidingdebiaozhunxiangchazuida,ershanghaidiquduojiadanweicedingdetiaozhacedingzhiwei30kg/d左右。
為wei此ci,在zai確que定ding上shang海hai地di區qu畜chu禽qin固gu體ti糞fen日ri產chan生sheng量liang時shi,肉rou豬zhu和he蛋dan雞ji的de日ri排pai糞fen係xi數shu因yin與yu國guo家jia推tui薦jian值zhi相xiang差cha不bu大da,為wei了le統tong一yi性xing采cai用yong國guo家jia環huan保bao總zong局ju公gong布bu的de排pai泄xie係xi數shu外wai,奶nai牛niu日ri排pai糞fen係xi數shu則ze采cai用yong上shang海hai地di區qu的de調tiao查zha實shi測ce值zhi。畜禽汙水的日產生量隨飼養方式、衝洗方式和季節溫度的變化等因素的影響,因此變化範圍相當大。通過對一定樣本數量的上海地區集約化畜禽養殖場汙水日產生量春、夏、秋冬四季實地調查,經數理統計後,得到上海地區單位飼養規模肉豬場和奶牛場汙水日產生量正態分布變化曲線,確定了在置信度為95%情況下,上海地區單位飼養規模肉豬場日均汙水產生量為4.89t/(d・千頭豬),奶牛場日均汙水產生量為2.95t/(d・百頭牛)。
通過對上海地區66家豬場、23家奶牛場和18家蛋雞場固體糞和汙水抽樣調查分析,得到上海地區畜禽固體糞(平均含水率)和汙水中的TN、P:05平均含量如表2。其(qi)中(zhong),上(shang)海(hai)地(di)區(qu)各(ge)類(lei)畜(chu)禽(qin)固(gu)體(ti)糞(fen)氮(dan)磷(lin)含(han)量(liang)與(yu)國(guo)內(nei)文(wen)獻(xian)報(bao)道(dao)值(zhi)比(bi)較(jiao),總(zong)體(ti)上(shang)偏(pian)高(gao),這(zhe)與(yu)上(shang)海(hai)地(di)區(qu)畜(chu)禽(qin)飼(si)養(yang)采(cai)用(yong)高(gao)蛋(dan)白(bai)動(dong)物(wu)飼(si)料(liao)的(de)比(bi)例(li)較(jiao)高(gao)有(you)關(guan)。根據上海農科院對上海地區24種(zhong)蔬(shu)菜(cai)瓜(gua)果(guo)作(zuo)物(wu)生(sheng)長(chang)期(qi)內(nei)氮(dan)磷(lin)養(yang)分(fen)吸(xi)收(shou)量(liang)的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)研(yan)究(jiu)結(jie)果(guo),結(jie)合(he)上(shang)海(hai)地(di)區(qu)各(ge)類(lei)蔬(shu)菜(cai)瓜(gua)果(guo)作(zuo)物(wu)種(zhong)植(zhi)麵(mian)積(ji)比(bi)例(li)和(he)平(ping)均(jun)複(fu)種(zhong)指(zhi)數(shu),得(de)到(dao)上(shang)海(hai)地(di)區(qu)蔬(shu)菜(cai)瓜(gua)果(guo)作(zuo)物(wu)TN年平均需求量為409.65kg/hm2,P:年平均需求量為150kg/hm2。根(gen)據(ju)上(shang)海(hai)地(di)區(qu)畜(chu)禽(qin)場(chang)固(gu)體(ti)糞(fen)和(he)汙(wu)水(shui)產(chan)生(sheng)量(liang)及(ji)其(qi)氮(dan)磷(lin)含(han)量(liang),以(yi)及(ji)三(san)大(da)類(lei)農(nong)作(zuo)物(wu)氮(dan)磷(lin)需(xu)求(qiu)量(liang),可(ke)分(fen)別(bie)計(ji)算(suan)得(de)到(dao)滿(man)足(zu)作(zuo)物(wu)氮(dan)養(yang)分(fen)需(xu)求(qiu)和(he)磷(lin)養(yang)分(fen)需(xu)求(qiu)的(de)畜(chu)禽(qin)場(chang)固(gu)體(ti)糞(fen)和(he)汙(wu)水(shui)還(hai)田(tian)利(li)用(yong)需(xu)匹(pi)配(pei)的(de)農(nong)田(tian)麵(mian)積(ji)。根gen據ju氮dan磷lin養yang分fen木mu桶tong效xiao應ying,最zui小xiao的de養yang分fen需xu求qiu量liang決jue定ding施shi用yong量liang。如ru果guo施shi用yong的de氮dan磷lin養yang分fen超chao過guo了le作zuo物wu的de需xu求qiu量liang,那na麼me過guo多duo的de氮dan磷lin養yang分fen就jiu會hui流liu失shi,對dui環huan境jing造zao成cheng汙wu染ran。通tong過guo綜zong合he

本文在過去大量相關研究資料基礎上,以上海地區畜禽場各類固體糞和汙水的產生量及其氮磷含量、shanghaidiqusandaleinongzuowushengchangdanlinxuqiuliangtiaozhashiyanshujuweiyiju,yanjiufenxilejiyubutongchuqinfenbianhewushuidanlinyangfengonggeihegeleinongzuowudanlinyangfenxuqiudedanweisiyangguimochuqinchanggutifenhewushuihaitianliyongpipeinongtianmianji,binggenjunongzuowuduidanlinyangfenxishoudemutongxiaoying,duishanghaidiqujiyuzuowulinyangfenxuqiudechuqinchanggutifenhewushuihaitianhuanjinganquanpipeimianjijinxingletantao,yiqiweishanghaiheguoneiqitadiqukaizhanzhongyangpinghenghehuanjingyouhaodechuqinshengtaiyangzhitigongkexueyijuhecankaojiejian。jichushujudelaiyuanshanghaidiquchuqinchanggutifenhewushuirichanshengqiejiqidanlinhant按隨機抽樣調查方法(抽樣率10%―15%),對上海地區66家豬場、27家奶牛場和18家蛋雞場的固體糞和汙水日產生量及其氮磷含量進行了春、夏、秋、冬(dong)定(ding)點(dian)調(tiao)查(zha)和(he)采(cai)樣(yang)監(jian)測(ce)分(fen)析(xi),並(bing)對(dui)調(tiao)查(zha)監(jian)測(ce)數(shu)據(ju)進(jin)行(xing)統(tong)計(ji)分(fen)析(xi)。其(qi)中(zhong),各(ge)類(lei)畜(chu)禽(qin)固(gu)體(ti)糞(fen)日(ri)產(chan)生(sheng)量(liang)及(ji)其(qi)氮(dan)磷(lin)含(han)量(liang)數(shu)據(ju),還(hai)與(yu)國(guo)家(jia)環(huan)保(bao)總(zong)局(ju)推(tui)薦(jian)值(zhi)和(he)國(guo)內(nei)相(xiang)關(guan)的(de)文(wen)獻(xian)資(zi)料(liao)報(bao)道(dao)值(zhi)進(jin)行(xing)比(bi)較(jiao)分(fen)析(xi),對(dui)差(cha)異(yi)較(jiao)大(da)的(de)數(shu)據(ju)以(yi)本(ben)地(di)調(tiao)查(zha)數(shu)據(ju)為(wei)準(zhun);畜禽場汙水日產生量及其氮磷含量數據,因各地地理氣候、飼養方式和清汙方式的不同,以上海地區調查數據為準。
上(shang)海(hai)地(di)區(qu)三(san)大(da)類(lei)農(nong)作(zuo)物(wu)生(sheng)長(chang)氮(dan)磷(lin)需(xu)求(qiu)盤(pan)根(gen)據(ju)上(shang)海(hai)地(di)區(qu)種(zhong)植(zhi)的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)農(nong)作(zuo)物(wu)類(lei)型(xing)和(he)畜(chu)禽(qin)場(chang)糞(fen)便(bian)還(hai)田(tian)的(de)潛(qian)在(zai)作(zuo)物(wu)對(dui)象(xiang),將(jiang)畜(chu)禽(qin)糞(fen)便(bian)還(hai)田(tian)利(li)用(yong)的(de)農(nong)作(zuo)物(wu)分(fen)為(wei)蔬(shu)菜(cai)瓜(gua)果(guo)、糧食和林木三大類。其中,蔬菜瓜果作物包括葉菜類、茄果類、塊根類等生食和熟食的蔬菜,以及草毒、西甜瓜、葡萄和桃、梨等瓜果類農作物;糧食作物包括水稻、小麥、大麥、油菜和玉米等糧食、油料和飼料農作物;林木作物包括苗木、綠化林木、花卉和草坪等用於經濟和綠化的草木類作物。根據上海農科院和中國農科院對上海地區24種蔬菜瓜果類作物、9種草木類作物和油菜―水稻、小麥―水稻2種zhong糧liang食shi油you料liao輪lun作zuo作zuo物wu生sheng長chang期qi內nei氮dan磷lin養yang分fen吸xi收shou試shi驗yan數shu據ju,結jie合he上shang海hai郊jiao區qu各ge類lei作zuo物wu種zhong植zhi麵mian積ji比bi例li和he平ping均jun複fu種zhong指zhi數shu值zhi,確que定ding上shang海hai地di區qu三san大da類lei農nong作zuo物wu生sheng長chang單dan位wei麵mian積ji年nian平ping均jun氮dan磷lin需xu求qiu量liang。由於地理氣候、飼養品種、fangshihegonggeisiliaobutong,tiaozhahuodedeshanghaidiquchuqingutifenpaiwuxishuyuguoneiwenxianshujuheguojiahuanbaozongjuzhidingdequanguoxingchuqinyangzhipaiwupingjunxishujuyouyidingdechayixing,qizhongnainiuderipaifenxishuyuguojiazhidingdebiaozhunxiangchazuida,ershanghaidiquduojiadanweicedingdetiaozhacedingzhiwei30kg/d左右。
為wei此ci,在zai確que定ding上shang海hai地di區qu畜chu禽qin固gu體ti糞fen日ri產chan生sheng量liang時shi,肉rou豬zhu和he蛋dan雞ji的de日ri排pai糞fen係xi數shu因yin與yu國guo家jia推tui薦jian值zhi相xiang差cha不bu大da,為wei了le統tong一yi性xing采cai用yong國guo家jia環huan保bao總zong局ju公gong布bu的de排pai泄xie係xi數shu外wai,奶nai牛niu日ri排pai糞fen係xi數shu則ze采cai用yong上shang海hai地di區qu的de調tiao查zha實shi測ce值zhi。畜禽汙水的日產生量隨飼養方式、衝洗方式和季節溫度的變化等因素的影響,因此變化範圍相當大。通過對一定樣本數量的上海地區集約化畜禽養殖場汙水日產生量春、夏、秋冬四季實地調查,經數理統計後,得到上海地區單位飼養規模肉豬場和奶牛場汙水日產生量正態分布變化曲線,確定了在置信度為95%情況下,上海地區單位飼養規模肉豬場日均汙水產生量為4.89t/(d・千頭豬),奶牛場日均汙水產生量為2.95t/(d・百頭牛)。
通過對上海地區66家豬場、23家奶牛場和18家蛋雞場固體糞和汙水抽樣調查分析,得到上海地區畜禽固體糞(平均含水率)和汙水中的TN、P:05平均含量如表2。其(qi)中(zhong),上(shang)海(hai)地(di)區(qu)各(ge)類(lei)畜(chu)禽(qin)固(gu)體(ti)糞(fen)氮(dan)磷(lin)含(han)量(liang)與(yu)國(guo)內(nei)文(wen)獻(xian)報(bao)道(dao)值(zhi)比(bi)較(jiao),總(zong)體(ti)上(shang)偏(pian)高(gao),這(zhe)與(yu)上(shang)海(hai)地(di)區(qu)畜(chu)禽(qin)飼(si)養(yang)采(cai)用(yong)高(gao)蛋(dan)白(bai)動(dong)物(wu)飼(si)料(liao)的(de)比(bi)例(li)較(jiao)高(gao)有(you)關(guan)。根據上海農科院對上海地區24種(zhong)蔬(shu)菜(cai)瓜(gua)果(guo)作(zuo)物(wu)生(sheng)長(chang)期(qi)內(nei)氮(dan)磷(lin)養(yang)分(fen)吸(xi)收(shou)量(liang)的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)研(yan)究(jiu)結(jie)果(guo),結(jie)合(he)上(shang)海(hai)地(di)區(qu)各(ge)類(lei)蔬(shu)菜(cai)瓜(gua)果(guo)作(zuo)物(wu)種(zhong)植(zhi)麵(mian)積(ji)比(bi)例(li)和(he)平(ping)均(jun)複(fu)種(zhong)指(zhi)數(shu),得(de)到(dao)上(shang)海(hai)地(di)區(qu)蔬(shu)菜(cai)瓜(gua)果(guo)作(zuo)物(wu)TN年平均需求量為409.65kg/hm2,P:年平均需求量為150kg/hm2。根(gen)據(ju)上(shang)海(hai)地(di)區(qu)畜(chu)禽(qin)場(chang)固(gu)體(ti)糞(fen)和(he)汙(wu)水(shui)產(chan)生(sheng)量(liang)及(ji)其(qi)氮(dan)磷(lin)含(han)量(liang),以(yi)及(ji)三(san)大(da)類(lei)農(nong)作(zuo)物(wu)氮(dan)磷(lin)需(xu)求(qiu)量(liang),可(ke)分(fen)別(bie)計(ji)算(suan)得(de)到(dao)滿(man)足(zu)作(zuo)物(wu)氮(dan)養(yang)分(fen)需(xu)求(qiu)和(he)磷(lin)養(yang)分(fen)需(xu)求(qiu)的(de)畜(chu)禽(qin)場(chang)固(gu)體(ti)糞(fen)和(he)汙(wu)水(shui)還(hai)田(tian)利(li)用(yong)需(xu)匹(pi)配(pei)的(de)農(nong)田(tian)麵(mian)積(ji)。根gen據ju氮dan磷lin養yang分fen木mu桶tong效xiao應ying,最zui小xiao的de養yang分fen需xu求qiu量liang決jue定ding施shi用yong量liang。如ru果guo施shi用yong的de氮dan磷lin養yang分fen超chao過guo了le作zuo物wu的de需xu求qiu量liang,那na麼me過guo多duo的de氮dan磷lin養yang分fen就jiu會hui流liu失shi,對dui環huan境jing造zao成cheng汙wu染ran。通tong過guo綜zong合he

在實際應用過程中,畜禽場糞便還田農田麵積匹配應該利用農田麵積測量儀,測量農田麵積,然後根據具體情況加以靈活應用。如固體糞生產可外運的商品有機肥料,僅計畜禽場汙水還田的匹配農田麵積;如(ru)汙(wu)水(shui)采(cai)取(qu)其(qi)他(ta)處(chu)理(li)方(fang)式(shi),僅(jin)計(ji)固(gu)體(ti)糞(fen)還(hai)田(tian)需(xu)匹(pi)配(pei)的(de)農(nong)田(tian)麵(mian)積(ji)。同(tong)時(shi),由(you)於(yu)隻(zhi)計(ji)作(zuo)物(wu)最(zui)小(xiao)養(yang)分(fen)需(xu)求(qiu)量(liang),為(wei)了(le)滿(man)足(zu)農(nong)作(zuo)物(wu)正(zheng)常(chang)生(sheng)長(chang),不(bu)足(zu)的(de)氮(dan)磷(lin)養(yang)分(fen)可(ke)通(tong)過(guo)化(hua)肥(fei)進(jin)行(xing)補(bu)充(chong)。如(ru)本(ben)文(wen)研(yan)究(jiu)結(jie)果(guo)得(de)到(dao)的(de)基(ji)於(yu)畜(chu)禽(qin)場(chang)固(gu)體(ti)糞(fen)和(he)汙(wu)水(shui)磷(lin)養(yang)分(fen)匹(pi)配(pei)的(de)農(nong)田(tian)麵(mian)積(ji),農(nong)作(zuo)物(wu)不(bu)足(zu)的(de)氮(dan)養(yang)分(fen),需(xu)通(tong)過(guo)化(hua)肥(fei)氮(dan)追(zhui)肥(fei)形(xing)式(shi)進(jin)行(xing)補(bu)充(chong)。此(ci)外(wai),由(you)於(yu)各(ge)地(di)農(nong)田(tian)土(tu)壤(rang)磷(lin)養(yang)分(fen)含(han)量(liang)狀(zhuang)況(kuang)不(bu)一(yi),對(dui)於(yu)土(tu)壤(rang)富(fu)磷(lin)地(di)區(qu),必(bi)須(xu)扣(kou)除(chu)土(tu)壤(rang)中(zhong)的(de)磷(lin)養(yang)分(fen)進(jin)行(xing)畜(chu)禽(qin)場(chang)固(gu)體(ti)糞(fen)和(he)汙(wu)水(shui)還(hai)田(tian)環(huan)境(jing)安(an)全(quan)農(nong)田(tian)麵(mian)積(ji)的(de)匹(pi)配(pei);而對於土壤缺磷地區,應考慮農田土壤對磷養分的吸收或吸附,從而畜禽場固體糞和汙水還田需匹配的實際農田麵積比理論值要小。
