克服葉綠素儀測定精度限製的有效方法
葉片中的氮含量,很大程度的影響著葉綠素的含量,為了進一步提高氮肥的利用率、減少浪費、保(bao)護(hu)環(huan)境(jing),目(mu)前(qian)很(hen)多(duo)農(nong)業(ye)研(yan)究(jiu)者(zhe)通(tong)過(guo)葉(ye)綠(lv)素(su)儀(yi)測(ce)定(ding)葉(ye)綠(lv)素(su)的(de)含(han)量(liang),得(de)出(chu)植(zhi)物(wu)對(dui)硝(xiao)基(ji)的(de)需(xu)求(qiu)量(liang),從(cong)而(er)控(kong)製(zhi)氮(dan)肥(fei)的(de)施(shi)用(yong)量(liang),提(ti)高(gao)氮(dan)的(de)利(li)用(yong)率(lv)並(bing)減(jian)少(shao)因(yin)氮(dan)肥(fei)過(guo)多(duo)而(er)引(yin)起(qi)的(de)環(huan)境(jing)汙(wu)染(ran)。看(kan)得(de)出(chu)來(lai),這(zhe)些(xie)都(dou)是(shi)環(huan)環(huan)相(xiang)扣(kou)、相互影響著的,隻要一環出現問題,很可能會給整體都帶來不利因素,反之,道理也一樣。因此我們在利用葉綠素儀測定葉綠素含量過程中,為了不影響測量精度,我們必須主動去克服一些限製因素,主要方法如下:

1、每次隻能測定葉片上的一個點,因此至少要通過30gediandesuijiceshicainengjiangdicedingdechayi,zheyiweizheyaohuafeijiaoduodeshijianheyangezhangwocedingjishu,celiangyeweishangjinxingyidingdekongzhi,celiangdeshihouxuanzebijiaoshangduandeyepianlaijinxingceliang,yinweiligenbujindeyepian,yelvsuhanliangyishouturangzhongdedanyuansudeyingxiang;
