玉米澱粉粘度的研究現狀

栽(zai)培(pei)措(cuo)施(shi)對(dui)玉(yu)米(mi)產(chan)量(liang)和(he)品(pin)質(zhi)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang)前(qian)人(ren)多(duo)有(you)研(yan)究(jiu),糯(nuo)玉(yu)米(mi)上(shang)的(de)研(yan)究(jiu)多(duo)集(ji)中(zhong)在(zai)栽(zai)培(pei)技(ji)術(shu)對(dui)鮮(xian)穗(sui)產(chan)量(liang)和(he)品(pin)質(zhi)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang)方(fang)麵(mian)。許(xu)崇(chong)香(xiang)等(deng)研(yan)究(jiu)報(bao)道(dao),密(mi)度(du)直(zhi)接(jie)影(ying)響(xiang)澱(dian)粉(fen)產(chan)量(liang),而(er)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)品(pin)種(zhong)在(zai)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)密(mi)度(du)下(xia)有(you)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)澱(dian)粉(fen)產(chan)量(liang)潛(qian)力(li)。劉(liu)武(wu)仁(ren)等(deng)試(shi)驗(yan)指(zhi)出(chu),百(bai)粒(li)重(zhong)、容重、籽粒大小、收獲時含水量、果穗整齊度均隨密度的變化而不同。除容重外,密度增加對這些性狀均產生負效應。馬興林研究表明,玉米籽粒養分含量在不1ulzhongzhimidushipinzhongjianjuyouhendadechayi。zhangyongkedengzhichuyumizajiaozhongchanliangjunsuimidudezengdaerzengjia,yumiyingyangmianjisuimidudezengdaerbianxiao。zhaoshouguangdengyanjiuzhichunuoyumixiansuichanliang、鮮籽粒產量、幹粒產量三者間存在著極顯著的正相關。在實際工作中,可根據需要考察其中之一作為產量性狀的代表。
氮dan素su在zai提ti高gao玉yu米mi籽zi粒li產chan量liang和he改gai善shan品pin質zhi方fang麵mian起qi著zhe重zhong要yao的de調tiao節jie作zuo用yong,澱dian粉fen是shi玉yu米mi籽zi粒li的de主zhu要yao成cheng分fen,其qi數shu量liang多duo寡gua直zhi接jie影ying響xiang玉yu米mi的de產chan量liang。黃huang豔yan勝sheng研yan究jiu表biao明ming,隨sui著zhe施shi肥fei量liang增zeng加jia籽zi粒li蛋dan白bai質zhi含han量liang增zeng加jia,產chan量liang也ye增zeng加jia,但dan籽zi粒li中zhong澱dian粉fen含han量liang又you都dou有you所suo下xia降jiang。
因此,要想獲得較高的產量和最佳的品質則需要適當的施肥量。金繼運等呀民道玉米蛋白質、澱粉、脂肪酸等含量,隨施氮量的增加而增加,但過量施氮則其含量下降。李彩鳳研究了增按營養對玉米籽粒中蛋白質、澱粉和可溶性糖含量的影響。認為增按營養可以提高玉米籽粒中蛋白質含量,但不1司類型品種表現有差異;增按營養的澱粉含量高於單一氮素營養處理的澱粉含量;可溶性糖含量與澱粉的變化規律相似,但所有氮素處理的可溶性糖含量都低於對照(不施氮)。王慶成,牛玉貞等認為不1u1密(mi)度(du)和(he)肥(fei)量(liang)對(dui)可(ke)溶(rong)性(xing)糖(tang)含(han)量(liang)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang)差(cha)異(yi)不(bu)大(da),但(dan)總(zong)的(de)趨(qu)勢(shi)是(shi)增(zeng)加(jia)密(mi)度(du)或(huo)減(jian)少(shao)肥(fei)量(liang),都(dou)可(ke)使(shi)含(han)量(liang)降(jiang)低(di)。施(shi)氮(dan)能(neng)提(ti)高(gao)玉(yu)米(mi)籽(zi)粒(li)油(you)分(fen)含(han)量(liang)。在(zai)一(yi)定(ding)範(fan)圍(wei)內(nei),隨(sui)著(zhe)施(shi)氮(dan)量(liang)增(zeng)加(jia),高(gao)油(you)玉(yu)米(mi)的(de)產(chan)量(liang)和(he)油(you)分(fen)含(han)量(liang)有(you)逐(zhu)漸(jian)增(zeng)加(jia)的(de)趨(qu)勢(shi)。申(shen)麗(li)霞(xia)等(deng)以(yi)夏(xia)玉(yu)米(mi)雜(za)交(jiao)種(zhong)鄭(zheng)單(dan)958為材料,頂部籽粒灌漿體積、幹重、總糖、澱粉含量施氮處理高於不施氮處理;施氮可明顯促進1司化物的積累及向頂部籽粒的供應,促進頂部籽粒灌漿,減少敗育,增加有效粒數,提高產量。
